I am one of the winners of the Handi Quilter story contest!
On October 10-11-12 you will find me is beautiful Boutiful UT at the HQ, hq! ( hahahahha) doing an inense 2 day workshop and other such business having to do with being a story contest winner.
I am still in shock!!!
EEEeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! I am so happy for you. There could not be a better person to win! You'll have to watch that movie A Trip to Bountiful... nah... this is much more exciting and that movie is a bit depressing. Anyhoo... YAY Maddie!

ReplyDeleteI was there last weekend and had a great time. The people at HQ are very warm, helpful and informative. I'm sure you will have lots of fun and will meet some incredible quilting friends who are as passionate as you are about their HQ machines.
I think the most fun was playing with all the different types of threads we used in the tension class.
Enjoy your time at HQ and learn lots. I can't wait to hear all about your trip.

PS: Enjoy the food they have a women who does all their catering and she does a great job! Try the corn bread!!
